After many, many months of waiting, the Commission is bringing two new staff members on board this week. Gwen Decker is joining the Watertown office as the new secretary, and Angela Kimball is the new CTHC Circuit Rider and will be working primarily from her Redfield home. Look for pictures and brief biographies on Gwen and Angela in the next edition of Tug Hill Times.
